Using the service
These terms apply to 12axestest.app, its test, guides, and public result pages. By using the website, you agree to these conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using it. You do not need an account or payment to take the test or see results.
The test presents sixty statements and calculates twelve paired percentages from your responses. The website may change over time. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every browser, or recovery of data you have cleared from your device.
What the results mean
Results summarize your answers to a short questionnaire at a particular time. They are a starting point for reflection and conversation. They are not a validated diagnosis, a complete description of your beliefs, or a recommendation about how to vote. A percentage is a position on a scoring scale, not a probability that you belong to an ideology or political party.
Question interpretation, context, and changing views can affect results. Do not use the test to make decisions about another person’s employment, eligibility, rights, or character. The site does not verify who completed a test or whether a shared snapshot reflects their answers.
Saved progress and public sharing
Your individual answers and local results are saved in your browser, when browser storage is available. Clearing site data or confirming a reset may permanently remove that local progress. We do not provide account recovery or synchronization between devices.
Sharing is optional. A share link makes its twelve percentages readable by anyone who has the URL. Shared snapshots can be copied, and the site does not offer link revocation. A result URL can also be edited to represent other scores, so it is not proof of a person’s identity or political views. You are responsible for deciding where to distribute your link.

Responsible use
You may take the test, read the guides, and share your own result links. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, impersonation, or misleading claims about another person. Do not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass technical protections, or overload it with automated requests.
Content and third-party material
The website’s presentation and explanatory content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may link to pages and share your result snapshots. Reuse of other material must respect its applicable permissions and licenses.
The Classic 12Axes question framework includes MIT-licensed material. Its original copyright and license notices are retained in the third-party license notice. That license applies to the identified material; it does not automatically license all website content. This is an independent implementation and does not claim endorsement by the original project or by linked services.
Availability, external links, and liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that its content or results are complete, accurate for every purpose, or free of interruptions. External websites and services have their own policies, and we do not control their availability or content.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on quiz results, loss of browser-stored progress, or redistribution of a link you chose to make public. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms when the service changes. The latest version and its update date will be published on this page. Please review them before using new features.
